Focus T25 Workout Calendar

When Focus T25 was first released, I remember being so excited because it was the first Beachbody program to be only 25 minutes long!  I remember looking at the T25 workout calendar for the first time and thinking “can we really get results in just 25 minutes a day?”And this was a huge deal because when Greg and I did our first program P90X back in 2011, it was at least an hour for each workout.

t25 workout calendarIt was really hard to believe that we could get REALLY GOOD RESULTS in such a short amount of time each day AND have the weekends off from working out. It was easy to think that it was too good to be true, but we knew that Beachbody workouts truly worked and were excited to give it a try.

Boy were we really surprised when we did our very first workout which was Alpha Cardio according to the T25 workout calendar. We couldn’t believe how much of a workout we were able to get in just 25 minutes. By the end of it, we were absolutely drenched in sweat. Like, a lot of sweat 😉

A Little About The Program

The Focus T25 workout is a 60 day program, that is done 5 days a week for 25 minutes a day.

And how awesome is it that you don’t have to worry about your workouts on the weekend? 😉

This program is a mix of cardio and weights and comes with an awesome nutrition plan that is really easy to follow. The meals are also really easy to make, which is huge in our household because when you’re running a business from home, trying to take care of all of the household responsibilities on top of making sure that every thing is all set with your family, time means everything! The faster I can make a meal that is healthy and won’t derail me from my goals, the better.

The T25 workout calendar itself is divided into phases: Alpha and Beta

T25 Alpha Phase Schedule: No equipment needed in this phase.

Week 1

Monday: Cardio

Tuesday: Speed 1.0

Wednesday: Total Body Circuit

Thursday: Ab Intervals

Friday:  Lower Focus & Cardio

*It’s important to remember that Fridays are double days. And although it might be tempting to just do one workout, it’s important that you do both! The plan is laid out for a reason and has been tested and proven to work. But the great thing is that even with two workouts in one day, you’re still done in less than an hour and you have Saturday and Sunday to recover and stretch. You may want to consider the Pre-Workout drink by Beachbody – Energize during this double day. As a matter of fact, I drink Energize before every workout.  It gives me that extra energy to get even better results!*
